Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms and performance SLAs.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring full compliance with internal governance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in operations, finance, and product development to align procurement goals with company objectives.
- Implement and monitor supplier scorecards and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value spend categories and achieving significant cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and procurement analytics tools.
- Strong grasp of legal contract terminology and supply chain risk mitigation strategies.
- Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
