Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for key commodities.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with tier-one suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and increase operational throughput.
- Manage vendor performance through rigorous KPIs, audits, and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive internal sustainability initiatives by vetting and onboarding environmentally responsible suppliers.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and budget efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a global organization.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual procurement budgets.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and sustain long-term executive-level vendor partnerships.
- CPSM or CSCP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
