Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to achieve cost-reduction targets.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from RFPs to contract finalization and vendor performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze market trends and economic factors to inform long-term purchasing decisions.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with internal policies and global standards.
- Mentor and lead junior procurement analysts to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and complex vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of global supply chain logistics and international trade regulations.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly desirable.
