What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from supplier selection to contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and new sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and conduct regular audits.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex supply chain challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
