Responsibilities

- Author comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for Congressional stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in federal or municipal policy development
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS)
- Demonstrated success in developing policy frameworks with measurable socioeconomic outcomes
- Expert knowledge of federal grant management (CFDA) and regulatory compliance
- Superior written communication with published policy papers or legislative testimony
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Professional certification (e.g., AICP, PMP) strongly preferred
