Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal healthcare policies using advanced statistical modeling and stakeholder engagement
- Lead cross-agency initiatives to improve healthcare access and outcomes for vulnerable populations
- Conduct comprehensive policy impact assessments and prepare actionable recommendations for congressional briefings
- Manage complex datasets and translate findings into accessible policy briefs for senior leadership
- Collaborate with White House Office and congressional committees on healthcare reform initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee policy research projects with national implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal government policy analysis experience with healthcare focus
- Expertise in healthcare systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, and health equity frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Stata, SAS) and data visualization
- Proven track record of publishing policy briefs and congressional testimonies
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience managing federal grants and interagency agreements
