Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, Stata) and GIS mapping
- Demonstrated success in translating complex data into actionable policy frameworks
- Deep knowledge of federal grant processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with executive audience experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
