Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive policy research initiatives aligned with national health objectives
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Develop actionable policy recommendations through stakeholder consultations and interagency collaboration
- Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for Congressional committees and executive leadership
- Monitor emerging healthcare trends and assess implications for existing federal programs
- Ensure policy proposals comply with federal laws, regulations, and budgetary constraints

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in healthcare policy, health economics, or public health systems
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS) and policy modeling software
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing federal-level policy initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Active security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal budget processes and regulatory frameworks
