Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical experiments in compliance with FDA and EMA regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing new drug formulations and delivery systems
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical methods and validate research outcomes
- Author regulatory documentation (IND/NDAs) and ensure GMP compliance across processes
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to departmental R&D strategy
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug formulation, analytical chemistry, and process development
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory pathways and GMP standards
- Strong statistical analysis skills using SAS, R, or Python
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed pharmaceutical journals
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
