Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge pharmaceutical research experiments to identify novel drug candidates
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in preclinical development and translational research
- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical and computational methods
- Prepare regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to intellectual property strategy

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug discovery methodologies and preclinical development
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Familiarity with GGLP/GLP regulations and regulatory submission processes
- Advanced proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
