Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects from target identification to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex biological assays to evaluate compound efficacy and safety.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to drive informed decision-making in the laboratory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bioinformatics, chemistry, and clinical development.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of technical excellence and scientific integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings to executive leadership.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and therapeutic trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in high-throughput screening and modern molecular biology techniques.
- Proven track record of managing complex research projects and delivering on strict timelines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in GraphPad Prism, R, or Python.
- Strong publication record in high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
