Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (Eclipse, Petrel)
- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic interventions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing field development plans and economic forecasts
- Conduct well performance evaluations and design enhanced recovery techniques
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, tNavigator) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record in developing field development plans and economic modeling
- Strong understanding of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques and unconventional reservoirs
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
