Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize field development plans
- Lead well completion and stimulation programs for unconventional resources
- Analyze production data to identify enhancement opportunities and reduce operational costs
- Implement AI-driven predictive maintenance for critical drilling equipment
- Develop environmental compliance strategies for offshore operations
- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate seismic data into reservoir characterization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream operations experience in deepwater environments
- Expert proficiency in Petrel, Eclipse, and Nexus software
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record in implementing EOR techniques
- Strong background in drilling engineering and wellbore design
- Experience with HSE compliance in offshore operations
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project delivery
