Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Optimize production strategies through data analytics and machine learning integration
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing field development plans (FDPs)
- Conduct economic evaluations for EOR projects and infill drilling opportunities
- mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
- Interface with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MS/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software and data analytics tools
- Strong background in EOR techniques and pressure maintenance
- Proven project leadership in complex upstream operations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies (IoT, AI/ML)
