Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir engineering solutions for unconventional assets
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in optimizing production through integrated asset modeling
- Develop innovative well completion strategies to enhance recovery factors
- Analyze complex reservoir data using cutting-edge simulation software (Eclipse, Petrel)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream engineering experience with unconventional plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation, well testing, and production optimization
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of leading successful field development projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in oil & gas
