Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing field development plans for unconventional assets
- Analyze production data to identify well performance enhancement opportunities
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate geological data into engineering solutions
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI-driven reservoir management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas engineering experience
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Proven track record in horizontal well completions and hydraulic fracturing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production optimization
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and developing talent
- Deep understanding of HSE regulations in oil & gas operations
