Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize field development plans
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling/completion strategy execution and well intervention programs
- Conduct economic analysis for EOR projects and investment feasibility studies
- Develop production forecasting models and production optimization workflows
- Ensure compliance with API, SPE, and regulatory safety/environmental standards
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer through technical workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of upstream experience with deepwater/sandstone reservoirs
- Expert proficiency in PETREL, ECLIPSE, and nodal analysis software
- Proven track record of successful field development planning execution
- SPE certification and active membership in professional societies
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional international teams
