Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program development and execution
- Conduct economic analysis for field development projects and investment decisions
- Monitor production data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and completion techniques
- Proven track record in field development planning
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience working with unconventional resources (shale, tight formations)
