Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs using advanced simulation tools
- Lead reservoir characterization studies to enhance recovery factors and production efficiency
- Develop integrated production optimization strategies for mature and greenfield assets
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for engineering deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on wellbore integrity and artificial lift systems
- Prepare detailed economic analyses for field development plans and investment proposals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil and gas engineering experience
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Proven track record in horizontal well design and hydraulic fracturing
- Strong knowledge of production optimization and artificial lift technologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects
