Responsibilities
- Design and optimize reservoir development strategies for unconventional assets
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and execution
- Implement advanced reservoir simulation models for production forecasting
- Conduct economic analysis and investment evaluations for capital projects
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including AI/ML applications in subsurface modeling
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in upstream Oil & Gas operations
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Nexus, tNavigator)
- Proven track record in unconventional resource development (shale, tight sands)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production optimization techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams
