Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead production enhancement initiatives including EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) projects
- Analyze well performance data and recommend strategic interventions
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to integrate geological and engineering data
- Develop field development plans and economic feasibility studies
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical knowledge transfer
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with reservoir engineering focus
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Demonstrated success in EOR project implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production data analysis
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
