Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production
- Lead well completion and stimulation programs for unconventional assets
- Conduct economic analysis for field development plans
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ESG compliance initiatives
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in Petrel, Eclipse, and OFM software
- Strong knowledge of wellbore hydraulics and reservoir characterization
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven project leadership in complex environments
