Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling/completion programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Conduct reservoir simulation and production forecasting using PETREL
- Lead cross-functional teams for field development planning
- Analyze well performance data to enhance recovery efficiency
- Develop cost-effective solutions for hydraulic fracturing operations
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (PETREL, Eclipse)
- Strong knowledge of horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Proven track record in field development planning
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with D&A analysis and economic modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
