Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced drilling/completion programs to maximize hydrocarbon recovery
- Analyze reservoir data using simulation software (Eclipse, Petrel, CMG) to predict production trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing field development plans and economic models
- Optimize production strategies through enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methodologies
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental sustainability standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct feasibility studies for new exploration projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with deepwater/superior reservoir knowledge
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software and production forecasting tools
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Proven track record in field development planning and economic evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex geological and engineering data
