Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Lead reservoir simulation studies using advanced software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Develop production enhancement strategies for mature fields
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on field development plans
- Conduct economic feasibility analyses for exploration projects
- Mentor junior engineers and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation software
- Proven track record in field development planning
- Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and completion techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with deepwater and shale projects preferred
