Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in well completion design and hydraulic fracturing operations
- Analyze production data to identify performance enhancement opportunities
- Develop economic models for field development plans and investment decisions
- Maintain compliance with API, SPE, and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with shale play expertise
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Nexus, or Petrel)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Proven project leadership in multidisciplinary environments
- Certified Petroleum Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
