Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for IoT and consumer electronics products
- Lead PCB layout and validation using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Perform power analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing for global markets
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with mechanical and firmware teams to ensure system integration
- Document technical specifications and maintain design documentation
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative testing cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in consumer electronics or IoT product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital design and analog circuit architecture
- Proficiency in simulation tools (SPICE, PSpice) and signal integrity analysis
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (UL, CE, FCC, IEC)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects from concept to production
- Proven track record of delivering hardware innovations on aggressive timelines
