Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers and oversee technical deliverables
- Collaborate with geoscience teams on integrated subsurface workflows
- Ensure compliance with API and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream experience with shale plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong analytical skills with production forecasting expertise
- Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project teams
- Valid P.E. license required
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing operations
