Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to enhance hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program optimization and well completions
- Analyze production data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and performance bottlenecks
- Develop integrated field development plans compliant with stringent environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for upstream operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas experience with E&P operators
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, Nexus)
- Proven track record in horizontal well design and hydraulic fracturing optimization
- Strong knowledge of SPE standards and industry best practices
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and IoT integration
