Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design for consumer electronics and industrial automation
- Develop high-voltage power distribution architectures with 99.9% reliability
- Optimize PCB layouts for EMI/EMC compliance using Altium Designer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on firmware integration
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct failure analysis and implement robust design validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Expertise in SPICE simulation and MATLAB/Simulink modeling
- Proven track record with high-volume manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of IPC-2221/IPC-2222 standards
- Certification in PMP or Six Sigma a plus
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
