Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional assets
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and economic analysis
- Optimize hydraulic fracturing programs using real-time data analytics
- Develop production enhancement strategies for mature fields
- Collaborate with geoscientists on seismic interpretation and prospect evaluation
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil and gas experience with unconventional plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus, tNavigator)
- Strong background in hydraulic fracturing design and execution
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record in field development planning
- Advanced knowledge of production optimization techniques
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and IoT integration
