Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend recovery enhancement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geological, geophysical, and engineering data
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews of technical deliverables

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software and production analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex geological and engineering data
- Proven track record of optimizing field development plans
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
