Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-voltage power systems and embedded control circuits.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL).
- Oversee the PCB layout process and collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve fabrication issues.
- Document technical specifications, circuit schematics, and system architectures for patent applications and regulatory filings.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code and design quality.
- Analyze system performance data to identify optimization opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation within cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics design and embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in using simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice) and CAD software (Altium Designer, Eagle).
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, FPGAs, and sensor interfacing.
- Experience with firmware development in C/C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
