Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional shale plays
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in optimizing hydraulic fracturing programs
- Conduct economic analysis for field development plans
- Develop innovative production enhancement strategies
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream experience with shale/tight formations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling
- PE license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies
- Demonstrated project leadership in complex field developments
