Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program execution and well completion optimization
- Analyze production data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and enhance recovery rates
- Develop and maintain compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement in engineering methodologies
- Collaborate with geoscientists on reservoir characterization and field development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus, Petrel)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production data analysis
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record in leading complex field development projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
