Responsibilities
- Design and optimize enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques for unconventional reservoirs
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and economic analysis
- Implement digital twin technology for real-time reservoir simulation and performance forecasting
- Develop carbon capture and sequestration strategies for existing assets
- Ensure compliance with API, SPE, and environmental safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement in engineering workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas experience with unconventional plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Schlumberger Petrel, Nexus, CMG)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record in field development planning and economic modeling
- Strong knowledge of drilling/completion technologies and horizontal well design
- Experience with carbon management initiatives in oil & gas operations
