Responsibilities
- Design and optimize well completion programs for unconventional shale plays
- Develop reservoir simulation models using advanced software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Lead field development planning for offshore deepwater assets
- Implement AI-driven production enhancement strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards
- Conduct economic analysis for field development projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Expertise in reservoir simulation and well design software
- Proven track record in shale development projects
- Strong knowledge of SPE standards and industry best practices
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies
