Responsibilities
- Design and optimize field development plans for unconventional reservoirs
- Conduct reservoir simulation studies using advanced software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Lead well testing programs and production analysis initiatives
- Develop economic models for field development scenarios
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with geoscientists and drilling teams on integrated workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas engineering experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation and production analysis software
- Strong understanding of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing operations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proven track record of successful field development projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
