Responsibilities
- Design and implement enhanced oil recovery (EOR) strategies
- Analyze reservoir simulation models and production data
- Lead field development planning and well optimization projects
- Prepare technical reports and economic evaluations
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with drilling and production teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation expertise
- Proven track record in field development planning
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with unconventional resources (shale, tight formations)
