Responsibilities
- Design and optimize drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs using advanced reservoir simulation software
- Lead field development planning and production forecasting for major offshore assets
- Conduct economic analysis for exploration projects and recommend capital allocation strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on reservoir engineering best practices and safety protocols
- Implement AI-driven production optimization techniques to enhance recovery rates
- Collaborate with geoscientists on seismic interpretation and structural modeling

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream engineering experience with major E&P companies
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation tools (e.g., PETREL, Eclipse, Nexus)
- Proven track record in managing field development projects from concept to execution
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
