Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir management strategies using industry-leading software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in optimizing well placement and hydraulic fracturing operations
- Conduct economic analysis for field development plans with 10+ year projections
- Develop innovative solutions for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Ensure compliance with API, SPE, and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured technical development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with deepwater operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation and production optimization software
- Strong background in well testing and pressure transient analysis
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience working with digital oilfield technologies
