Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead drilling programs for unconventional assets (shale, tight sands)
- Conduct production analysis and artificial lift system optimization
- Develop well completion and stimulation strategies for complex formations
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Ensure compliance with API, SPE, and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong analytical skills for well performance optimization
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven project leadership in high-pressure environments
