Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil and gas engineering experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., PETREL, Eclipse)
- Strong knowledge of horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
