Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to enhance recovery rates
- Analyze production data and recommend well optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in drilling program planning and execution
- Develop cost-effective solutions for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream Oil & Gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse)
- Strong analytical skills with production optimization expertise
- Experience with horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated project leadership in complex field developments
