Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir management strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program optimization and well completion design
- Conduct economic analysis for field development projects using PIPESIM and PROSPER software
- Develop and integrate digital twins for real-time production forecasting
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement methodologies
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 10+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with deepwater/subsea projects
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation software (ECLIPSE, Nexus)
- Proven track record in field development planning and production optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience working with Joint Venture partners and international stakeholders
