Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced drilling programs for unconventional reservoirs
- Conduct reservoir simulation modeling using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Analyze production data to optimize well performance and enhance recovery rates
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to develop field development plans
- Prepare detailed technical reports and economic feasibility studies
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate cross-functional project reviews
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of upstream oil & gas experience
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation and production analysis software
- Strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling technologies
- Proven track record in reserve estimation and economic modeling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with offshore and onshore operations
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
