Responsibilities
- Lead reservoir simulation and modeling projects using industry-standard software (Eclipse, PETREL)
- Design and optimize well completions and hydraulic fracturing programs
- Develop production forecasting models and economic analysis for field development
- Implement digital twin technologies for real-time reservoir monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams on best practices
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and sustainability targets
- Collaborate with R&D to pilot emerging technologies in AI-driven reservoir management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expertise in unconventional reservoirs (shale gas/oil, tight formations)
- Advanced proficiency in reservoir simulation and production analysis tools
- Strong background in drilling engineering and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in energy sector
