Responsibilities
- Design and optimize hydraulic fracturing programs for shale gas/oil reservoirs using industry-leading software (e.g., Nexus, Petrel)
- Analyze well performance data to identify production enhancement opportunities and cost-reduction strategies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing field development plans for greenfield and brownfield assets
- Conduct reservoir simulation studies to forecast production profiles and reserves estimation
- Implement digital twin technology for real-time production monitoring and predictive maintenance
- Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation through continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with API, SPE, and environmental regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil and gas experience with emphasis on unconventional plays
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Schlumberger, CMG suite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production data analytics and forecasting
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary field development projects
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in oil and gas sector
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
