Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize production strategies
- Analyze well performance data and recommend hydraulic fracturing techniques
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing field development plans
- Conduct economic feasibility studies for new exploration projects
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with major operators
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Strong knowledge of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated project leadership in complex field developments
- Experience with offshore and unconventional reservoirs
