Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models to optimize hydrocarbon recovery
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in drilling program execution and production enhancement
- Analyze geological data using Petrel and RMS software to identify new drilling targets
- Develop economic models for field development plans and production forecasting
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental sustainability standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of upstream oil & gas experience with Permian Basin exposure
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Schlumberger Petrel, tNavigator)
- Strong background in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Proven project management experience with P&L responsibilities
- Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities
